Very slow service, the process is very old school and needs to be brought up to speed. The back and forth between the warehouse and the office makes no sense. We are in 2022 not 1922. There’s a short young spanish girl that always has an attitude from the time she calls u to the counter. She has no customer service skills what so ever. I’m honestly shocked that her superiors have not reprimanded her for her behavior. If she doesn’t want to work, stay home and let someone else get the job that really wants it or go work in broom closet counting paper where you don’t have to speak to anyone. Something needs to be done about her and I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one that has this issue with her. DO SOMETHING!!!!

A lot of back and forth walking between the front desk and the warehouse but besides that, the main thing that threw me off were the surcharges. When I called for a quote to mail a 5 pound box, I was told $50 so I decided to use CAL over DHL. When I got there, no one said anything about surcharges but once I got the receipt, I saw $70 in surcharges for fuel and other items. Would have been nice if they mentioned it during the first call and while I was at the desk but I know for next time.
