If it was possible to give 0 stars or negative stars I would. One of the worst airlines in the region but with the Monopol they have in T&T difficult to avoid. Every-time I have to deal with them there is an issue. Lost luggage on direct flights, online booking not working and when you try via phone they tell you to call back in 1 hour. Funny rules like you are not allowed to cover yourself with the blanket during take off and landing… delays, cancellations…. There is basically nothing you cannot experience with this airline except smooth and customer oriented operations. Please FAA stop this airline from operating into American airspace it would properly bring new providers to the market and it can’t be worse then them. I also forgot to mention the service on the flights… rude, unprofessional if existing but for the most part don’t expect service…

Not sure what they have against air conditioning but it's hot on their planes. Don't plan your connecting flight to close. Took over an hour to get the luggage to the carousel.
