The guy that checked me in didn’t seem to value efficiency. Once over the paperwork hurdle, things went smoothly and quick.

These idiots need to come up with a better way of running this place. I'm guessing the employees have a union. When you walk in there's a desk with signs on it telling you to check in there, but the actual check in desk is around the corner. They make you wait 2 hours before they tell you where the real one is. They have a machine that scans your driver's license that does not work. They do absolutely everything at a snail's pace. They want you to think there's no other way, but the truth is they're just lazy and stupid. A normal person with average IQ could figure out a better process.

That’s a stupid place to pick up the peoples are nice who load me. You gotta print out the paperwork at your own orelse they charge $25 for one page that’s ridiculous because of the broker he don’t give me the instructions so I have to go to the closest truck stop to print out the paperwork.

People that work here aren't happy with their jobs. They get annoyed about anything and anyone and as a feedback you can expect an attitude from most of the employees. Very slow loading and unloading so be prepared for quite some time measured in hours of wait time before they get you started. I don't like giving one star even they easily qualify for the one but I'll give them two as for the opportunity to improve by the time I come back (if) next time. Overall I don't recommend this place.

In my 20 years of Trucking, this is by far the worst place I’ve ever delivered to nobody’s working everybody’s in and out taking cigarette breaks. They must be a union shop. Unbelievable. I’ve been here for 12 hours to unload three pallets three pallets horrible customer service horrible workers, rude obnoxious lazy.
