I wanted to thank Alam at the check inn counter it happened that he helped me twice today and two month ago in my previous flight to Riyadh from Dullas airport Dc he is amazing friendly and super helpful I would encourage to hire these type of employee at the Saudi airline as he is amazing presence to the airline

They lost my luggage and dishonest reply Our family took flight out of Washington. After bags were checked and received at their custody. Two of my bags ended at airport lost and found. I would understand if this was simple mistake or error. First challenge the no one picked up the airport service phone. When able to get in contact with them They are telling several untrue contradicting stories 1. I refused to pay extra luggage fee and left the bags and left 2. The bags were found untagged after counter closed by police They refused to review CCTV For my check to confirm the bags were received by their staff. Saudia refused to collect my tagged luggage which ended at airport lost and found telling me to have family or friend to collect it. Extremely unprofessional, super defensive, falsifying of information at multiple levels, unwilling to correct their mistake

I travelled from USA to Jaddah and Jaddah to Pakistan it was my worst experience of my entire life. I was in flight with my family and i asked help to put my luggage in the cabinet no one helped me - every one giving attitude and asked me to help myself only - really On way coming back to US same route - my seat TV was not working In entire flight - food is not good seats not good and flight attendant needs to educate.

😂😂😂😂 they don't even have a phone number listed I bought the wrong ticket, couldn't refund it online, through the listed phone number on the websote, and even after installing the chatting app whatsapp per their request, still can't input my international bank information, or get a confirmation that my refund request went through. saudi arabia from a services perspective is broken, whether it be banking, legal, shipping, insurance, customs. You name it, it's broken😂. Everyone knows its broken and the only way to live in saudi arabia and keep your sanity is to ignore what's broken and say it's not your job. Saudi Airlines is a perfect demonstration of that.
