Store hours online and on the front door shows 9am - 6pm. I rushed from work, went through hoops through traffic and arrived at 5:40pm. The “open” sign was on however, the door was closed. Called, and waited at the door until 6 and no one was available at the store. It’s just ok.

I called today 09/2017 for prices and the lady (which did not offer her name at my request) gave me several prices and was not clear. Aside from that, she said; "you need to come to the store so we can see." I have no clue why she didn't want to quote me the cost to repair the screen on an iPhone 7 Plus and 6S. Really suspicious business here... Reporting to BBB
