Review for Cargo Express International – Miami, FL My delivery experience here was very frustrating. Communication was a major issue – it seemed like they only wanted to serve Spanish-speaking drivers. As someone who doesn’t speak Spanish, I received no assistance and was left feeling ignored. The waiting time was extremely long, and I even saw drivers being skipped in line. On top of that, the staff wasn’t welcoming – I didn’t even get a simple “Good morning,” just a dismissive “Buenos días.” This is the United States, and basic communication and fair treatment for all drivers, regardless of language, should be a priority. Unfortunately, my experience here felt unprofessional and unorganized.

never use this company - they do not answer the phone and you can't navigate their site. poorest customer service ever experienced. I would give them zero if I could

Very unprofessional, lack of respect for people's time and shows favoritism to other hispanic drivers. I have been over the road for 3+ years and this is by far my worst experience. I arrived at this location @1am and was told by the security that I should park out on the street because this place opens at 6:30am; At 6:30 I drove back to the gate and security says one of the employees told him that they'll be open @7am so I went back on the street to wait. I went back to the gate @7am was the first truck to enter the gate and one of the employees told me to back into a door. I sat there and no one even attempted to unload me. About 8:30 am I saw another truck backed up next to me, the driver dropped the trailer and the employees started to unload that trailer. I asked them why are they not unloading me and unloading other people and they told me they'll unload me soon. Several trucks came after me and was taken care of and left. I called my dispatcher and I even called the warehouse and spoke to a guy who said he would go check to see what's happening and it was at that time that they started to unload my trailer. They pulled off the last piece @ 12:01pm. I hope I'll never have to come back to this place. 😔😞

I wonder if this company screens their drivers. One of their semis just ran a red light in St Lucie West, came into my lane (I had a green light/right of way) and because I had to hit my brakes so hard I skidded into the grassy median. The truck cab read "Cargo Express Intl" and it was a pulling a trailer with "Accelerated" on the side and had Tennessee plates. This person should not be driving if they are incapable of following the rules of the road.

Can someone please tell me how to best get a response? I have heard good things about this company, but I am getting a message and a full box. PLEASE help me out.
