I have been here twice and Hope NEVER to go back again. ArrIved at 14:30 hrs I explained I was there to pickup a load and gave them my Air Bill number they asked if I had a copy of the Bill and explained all I had was the Air Bill number. I was told NO COPY OF AIR BILL NO LOAD! And that I had you have Broker send them an E-Mail of the Bills to them and then they could release the load to me. Went out called Broker and got them to E-Mail them and myself the Bill of Leading and he did. Went back in and they said: "Do you know how many E-mails we get in a day"? And said: "about a thousand and I'M Not going thru all them to find Your paperwork!" I had to show my DL to get the load when they gave me paperwork to sign. Then was put in a door at 21:00 hrs and waited until they were ready to load my truck. Finally was Loaded by 22:45 hrs. This place will Not only take their time, but all of yours too!

Decent service if you can find the place. Parking is not really an issue here. You'll probably find that there can also be a bit of a wait. Make sure to get your packages on time otherwise you can be charged storage fees.

Always helpful but a little slow sometimes. Parking is limited but sufficient. Very busy at peak times. Come early stay long. They do get the job done though. Thanks

This place is difficult to find, there is zero public transit looping the main terminal to cargo, and services that require CBP after 1600 have to transit back to terminal 1 for processing. Cargo for normal passengers and non-business folks is difficult at best, do your homework before you ship any live animals or other cargo internationally here.

Counter/ customer service, horrible.. Long wait to get someone's attention even when they saw me walk in.. Takes / took FOREVER to get cargo.. The "your next" took over an hour.. 1 delivery driver (I guess he'd been there before) jumped on a forklift, got his pallet, SPED thru the warehouse, almost hitting cargo & people, although he honked, so guess that makes it "ok", & took his pallet to his truck. Drove back up ramp, parked forklift, walked outside & laughed w/ building employees.. This place is a joke. Oh, the cargo we received, yeah, it was damaged.!
