The entire Canyon Transportation team is absolutely top notch. From the moment I booked my families car services, which included multiple size parties, arriving at different times, varying ages from 2 months to 86 years old needing different levels of pick up services, it was just all so incredibly well handled. The booking tool online is easy & self explanatory. The confirmation texts were super helpful & the team members who picked up my various family members were all so so so so wonderful. We had to adjust pick up times, party sizes and car types numerous times, often an hour or less before the originally booked time, and I was always met with easy adjustments and things that made my travel experience the absolute easiest. Additionally, two family members left bags, and the Canyon Transportation team went back to the SLC airport (45 min from our house) and retrieved both of them without any additional compensation required and delivered them within a couple of hours. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this organization and its drivers. I especially want to thank Terry. He waited with my two young children and me while my husband secured a rental car, ensuring we were safe and taken care of while we waited. We were renting a car and driving 8 hours home, he even followed up with a text later that evening checking to ensure our safe arrival home. Our driver was early, loaded our bags , got us to airport in plenty of time to check in. He was friendly and professional. Van was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this business.

I booked Canyon Transport to take my wedding party up Little Cottonwood Canyon to Cecret Lake because I didn't want to worry about the limited parking at the trailhead. Alan helped book my reservation and Kevin drove the van. Both were very professional, courteous, and provided the service I wanted and expected. On the way down the mountain, we were stuck in traffic for much longer than expected due to construction, a 1-way road, and the Wildflower Festival traffic. Kevin was patient driver and stayed alert. Would recommend!

The drivers both ti and from the airport were prompt, courteous and friendly. Really appreciated that he was there waiting when we got off the plane to go home. After flying all night we all just wanted to get home. Pleasant ride.
