Like a bunch of crime lords with their extortionary practice of not notifying cargo recipients that their goods have arrived in order to bilk them of 185$ a day in storage. They'd call you two days later conveniently after banking 370$ in storage fees. Crime bosses of cargo without a single iota of integrity is my verdict.

If I could give them a 0, I would. They are scam artists and I plan on taking them to court. I used delta cargo because I truly love delta airlines. They shipped my things, my agent from Nigeria notified me to call them so I can pick up. I called them, they said I have to wait until my things have been processed for pick up and to monitor it online. I asked them for the local facility because I realized it was a customer service call center. They refused to give me any details so I just monitored online las told but nothing changed for like a week so I called again, same thing. Called again before I got someone who gave me their local number. I went up there, cleared my things with customs, came back to pick up my things from delta cargo and they gave me a bill of $4,000 plus in demurrage. What??? I was beyond baffled and they were bent on collecting every penny. After explaining everything that I’ve been calling, they asked who did I speak to, I told them I called the number online, they said that it was customer service and I had to contact them about any disputes but that they can only give me a max of 50% off and that’s because of the nature of the situation. I sat outside for hours with my 1 year old daughter waiting for a supervisor to call me back to no avail. I had to borrow money from multiple people to pay these people $2,400+ in fees. I didn’t get a call until the next day and after going back and forth, they said they can only give me half of the amount I paid in a gift card 😳. Not only did they refuse to pay me my money back in full after their mistake, It’s been 2 months since they promised to pay me and I still haven’t received one dime yet. This is after they listened to the recordings and rendered all the apologies they could muster because they knew their agent was wrong. Yet they have not reimbursed me. I almost forgot, they lost or gave someone one of my boxes and one was damaged lol. I’m so done with delta cargo. They’re obviously lost.

If you need to send your pet somewhere this is a great place to go through. The people know what they're doing and are especially careful about ensuring your pet gets the best treatment possible. It could get a little busy so plan to arrive early. And be sure to check your flight information before you go. One gentleman came in to learn that his flight was canceled. Not a happy camper. The staff were very welcoming and positive to work with, even at 5 am!

Had to send my dog to California. They were curtious and helpful. My baby arrived safely. Several others there but did not have the appropriate crate for their pets. Be sure to read the pamphlet prior to travel day. Will help make the process quick and easy for you and your furry baby.
