Ms Jasmine Hill was highly cooperative and patiently explaining the various options. Her service was more than good. However, next time I wish Ms Jasmine to warn her clients about possible increase in the fare, if not booked in 2 or 3 days depending on the time.

Never had the run around like this 1st had to make 2 separate payments on my card couldn't just pay on the phone Eventually got a ticket confirmation with airline ref. After a week it wouldn't show on there AA site !!!! Then a week later was told AA had a glitch and needed our passport copies. Then today got the new e ticket but no seat details which l had booked. All in all a stressful experience and l still have no confidence the ticket l have is valid.

I contacted Mason Hunter and requested that he makes reservations for me round trip from Capetown to Washing Dulles in June of 2026.
