Anthony wS a huge help to me. Our airline that I had already booked myself (Aer Lingus) w for an Ireland trip completely screwed up my family's itinerary flights, and moved the airport to another 100 mis away. Further, they charged me both for original booking and the the one they changed it to. I found this out the DAY before our trip! Their off-shore service , based in Egypt of all places was both usless and helpless Desparate, I called Anthony via a random internet search. I had never dealt w him before in my life! When he answered, I explained out situation and he calmly listened - even tho I didnt book the flight thru him. He offered to get on a three way call w Aer Lingus. Knowing his way around much better than I do, he eas able to navigate to the right people and he fixed our issues! So... He did something he didnt have to do, without payment, just to help some unknown guy who happened to randomly call his office looking for immediate help. He never asked for a dime, but I already know he will be my first call the next time we book a business class trip overseas. How can it get any better than that?

I have been using Business Class Experts for 2 years now and really have only good things to say. I book all our company travel were business or first class is required.
