I have a medical device in my body and I have a card proving I do. I was forced through the machine because the guy wanted to play doctor. Now my device is going off for no reason and I have a splitting headache. Which is extremely irritating when he could have simply done the wand. Everyone else was super nice and quick.

My husband was in the Broken Arrow jail several months back for back child support. I can not say enough positive things about how well my family was treated. My husband, young daughter, and I were shown the upmost kindness, respect & curtousy from the beginning to the end. Many thanks to BAPD for helping a family through a tough situation. Much respect!

As well all know, both the phone service and their eagerness to help doesn’t exist. There’s a reason these people are considered the bottom of the barrel.

Due to the nature of this place it isn't exactly a somewhere you want to visit. The lady at the counter however was super helpful and friendly. You're probably here to pay a fine (that was probably your fault). I thought I was walking in to pay a couple hundred dollars but she told me to go get a receipt and turned it into a $60. Ultimately, they didn't make the law or give you the ticket. And being able to take money from angry people as a punishment, while still managing to be friendly and helpful is pretty cool. Everyone was super nice and I had convos with everyone I ran into. Greeted me when I got there and when I left. I got caught speeding and of course I was there to pay them.
