I been waiting over 1.5 Hrs. To drop off ONE 10Lbs BOX, This is ridiculous. I Brought it up to the manager and he just went off on me because I caught him and his staff outside getting food from the food truck at 10am, Threatening me to kick me out. They're forklift drivers are lazy and managment sucks. It's a mess in the warehouse. Expect to wait hours to pick up or drop off your freight here.

The absolute SLOWEST service of all the cargo drop off locations. If I am out of there in less than an hour, it's surprising.

I was so nervous about sending my dog on a flight to the UK the day before I flew. I paid a bit extra to use British Airways and I believe it was worth it for the peace of mind.

Very rude and unhelpful employees. I wouldn't recommend using them. If I didn't have to go there for work, I would stay away.
