Less said better! Chennai to Houston via London. Two days ago travelled. Technical aspects of the flights were fine all through. Commendable pilots' contribution. Thank you sir. Staff inside bad is not the word but anything! Food vegetarian no comments because food only needs evaluation! Unfriendly pursers or hostesses I think they need periodical training and termination those who fail in the travellers feedback assessment. Airport security and the system outdated in consequence people here suffer especially short time connecting flights passengers. Administration collapse? But we pay to suffer, irony? Avoid BA is the tail piece advice?

I Had a wonderful experience with the British airway. It was such a refreshing and remarkable experience. I have the privilege of meeting the lady I had issues with last year. I discovered she is an amazing person, we talked and forgave each other's actions of understanding. And returning flights from Nairobi to Houston was one of the best. I appreciate

There's a lot to like on BA, schedules, routes, friendly staff, etc. I have one thing that is unforgivable though and hence my low overall rating. Their seat selection fees in Business Class. People shell out thousands of extra dollars for a premium experience only to NOT be able to book a seat next to your travel partner or on the side of the plane you want. Seriously, who at the airline thought this was a good idea? Outside of the route availability it's so egregious I will look elsewhere for airfare based on this alone. I truly hope you change the policy soon, way to alienate customers.

They cancelled my international flight and told me to call them in 2 days to see if they can offer me an alternative! They never paid a refund or even compensation for hotel and taxi.
