    I was skeptical considering the cost but after giving it a shot I. was completely blown away and impressed. It was clean and well maintained. The pilot even invited my little guy to the cabin which he was so excited about. I have now flown multiple times on breeze and have nothing negative to say. It is a smaller leg space for those who have long legs but overall it was comfortable for those short flights

    We flew to orlando over night on flight 606. And loved it ! The head flight attendant,I think her name is Tracy was super friendly and helpful. The plane was clean and we loved the free movie selection. The the flight was smooth and on time!!! Thank you breeze

    Horrible experience with no customer service!!! My husband, daughter, and I booked a flight with Breeze to attend our son's first college football game several months in advance. One week before our flight, I logged into the app and found our flight was changed to takeoff a day later and we would not only miss the game but our flight home was going to take off a half hour after we arrived. There was no other flight available. We ended up having to book with another airline and due to the late date, we had to spend an extra $900. This was ridiculous! There is no customer support, and I had to deal with a chat bot to figure everything out.

    There needs to be a law against not having a contact number that you can call. Somebody took our car seat after our flight, thinking it was theirs, and there is no one we can get a hold of to get it back. I drove 30 minutes back to the airport this morning to try and get some help and the man at the front desk was useless. He told me he was the supervisor, although he had no authority to help me at all. According to him, all of the baggage is handled elsewhere by remote employees? There is no way for us to get a hold of the people that took our car seat. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend.

    The legit WORST!! I've flown with a lot of airlines and this is the worst with Spirit as a close second. We flew from Provo to Orlando with 5 kids and the entertainment they promised didn't work sooo my kids all trying to share mine and my husband's phones to watch shows and the seats not great but they were fine for a budget airline. We flew home on March 1st and they lost my stroller so we didn't get it when we landed. Luckily it's a small airport so it wasn't too bad lugging tired kids to the car. However, when I filed a luggage claim they told me I could come pick up my stroller during specific hours. It was about 3 hours in 1 hour increments at different random times throughout the day. I live an hour and a half away from the airport so I asked them if they could ship it to me, I feel like that's pretty standard when an airline loses your luggage. They told me that it was my fault the stroller was lost since I didn't tag it. 1. The person taking my ticket should be in charge of making sure my stuff is tagged it's their job, what about people who never fly and don't know about that, or people who have 5 kids and are just trying to get them on the plane 2. They made an announcement when we were on the plane that there was an untagged stroller on the jet bridge, I stood up and said that's mine and got out to get a tag for it and they told me we'll take care of it just stay in your seat. So I did. So should have tagged it which means it would be their fault it was lost. There is no customer service number to call by the way so I texted them numerous times, every time just said here are the hours you can pick it up. So I tried to pick it up 2 times and they said there weren't enough people working for someone to bring it out to me. So I'm here at the airport that I live 1.5 hours away from for the 3rd time, 3 months after getting back from my trip, I came during the allotted time frame they said to come and I talked to a supervisor who said she had to bring in a flight and she would be right back out. I've been waiting for over an hour with 3 of my little kids, who are not happy to be sitting in an airport, no sign of the supervisor, no sign of any breeze employees and there is literally no way to call breeze and now it's our of the allotted time frame and I probably won't see anyone until the next time frame 5 hours from now. Which means I'll probably go another month without my stroller. Cool breeze, you guys suck

The flight attendants Sally,Megan and Emily were Awesome!!! So friendly. The plain was bran new. The flight was smooth. I would avoid buying the cheese and meat tray. I am definitely flying breeze again
