Bought an overpriced ticket for my son and he endured disgusting conditions: After the flight was diverted, then canceled, my son endured an entire flight from Vero Beach to Norfolk with NONWORKING TOILETS that had to be used like pit toilets and stunk - and the AC didn’t work. After complaining, they offered 1000 points, equal to about $10, in compensation. BEYOND INSULTING

I just had the privilege of flying with breeze last night from Jacksonville to New Haven. It was outstanding from the moment I arrived at the Jacksonville airport through the whole process there. I had pre-registered my ticket so I didn't have to go to the counter. It was just straightforward. Nice polite people clean airplane and a good flight and I want to thank breeze for exceeding my expectations

Breeze is a terrible airline. My daughter in law with her 2 children and my sister in law got to san diego airport 2 hours before their flight to Hartford CT. My sister in law requires a wheelchair. They waited at customer service for 1 hour because they were told to wait for the wheelchair. They left because they wanted to get through TSA and get to their gate. All in all they missed the flight. Breeze wont budge on their you need to cancel 1 hour pryor to your flight policy. Even though they were told to wait for the wheelchair. My granddaughters car seat is on a plane and they will contact her in 72 hours to file a claim the representative at the airport told her you out luck have a good day and left the podium. The customer service representative my daughter in law texted ( because they dont have a phone number to call ) was arrogant.

They do bait and switch on their website tried to book a flight for my family for $1,614. At the checkout they said “unable to book” when the cart finally timed out I had to rebook and of course everything went through fine this time but the total was $1,744! A $130 difference. Be aware!

I was very excited when I found out about Breeze airways. We have a team or people that travel on a monthly bases and I though we could really benefit with this new airline. But our very first experience was absolutely a nightmare. We recently traveled from Hartford to Jacksonville FL leaving on Sept 9 and coming back Sep 11. We booked tickets for the entire team in the Nicest seats available. Our flight there was delayed by 7 hrs. And the entire time we were extremely stressed out because there was no clear communication from the Breeze airport staff. All they can do is direct you to a phone number you need to text. Really? You have people in front of you that can tell you nothing and you just sit and text someone? Not very customer focused approach in a service based industry. Our team had guest speakers for a large conference happening in Florida that weekend. And we needed to be there no matter the cost. We started looking into other airports and airlines. On our way back the flight was delayed again by over 2 hours. Which brought our arrival time well after 1am on Monday. Can you imagine a team of 10 people that have businesses they own and run having to deal with the fact you may not make it back for Monday- the amount of lost revenue in question. In theory the airline looked great on paper. New Airbus airplanes with good business level seating up front for a reasonable cost. But in real life 1. Lots of stress. 2. Poor dependability. 3. Poor customer service. 4. Dirty planes. Absolutely disgusting conditions. I set in seat 1A on both flights. And I was disgusted by the where I was sitting. Please see pictures attached.
