Normally I’m not one to review a government office but the passport agency here was surprisingly nice. There was a woman in front of me who had an issue with getting her passport on time and they sent someone out to talk to her and work through the problem in a kind collected manor. Didn’t hear any rude tone or bureaucratic nonsense. Just humans helping other humans. Nice change of pace compared to the RMV. Everyone was nice to me as well and I got in and out before my appointment time even came up. About 15 mins total to process my passport

Efficient, pleasant and helpful perfectly describe everyone I interacted with here. This place is well-run, customer focused and peaceful. I anticipated long waits and bad attitudes but was pleasantly surprised at how friendly, accommodating and organized the entire process was.

Absolutely amazing!! Had a flight the next day and they were able to give me a same day passport. Appointment was at 11:30 and was able to pick up at 3. Just have your documents ready and they provide excellent service for urgent travel.

My passport was accidentally washed and ended up being rejected by the airline. I’m standing up in my friend’s wedding in Italy, so I needed a replacement on just two days’ notice—or I’d miss the wedding entirely. I arrived fully prepared with all my documents and was able to pick up my new passport at 3 PM the same day. The staff were outstanding—unlike the stereotype of most government agencies, they were efficient, helpful, and clearly dedicated to getting people what they need.

Realized that I had to travel to Canada in less than a week and was panicking because I thought I wouldn't get a renewed passport in time. The trip was scheduled 5 days before I made an appointment and the appointment was scheduled 2 days before the trip. Came in at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment and the service was extremely quick (wasn't very busy). The staff were very professional and the one that helped get my renewed passport, Ashley, was very nice. It took around 20 minutes before I was out the door at 10:40 and came back the next day to receive my passport at 3 pm. Panic over! This agency is great for this type of stuff.
