I had a chance to talk to Anna to book my ticket to India. She was very knowledgeable and proficient in her work and was able to book our tickets at very good price. The best thing about her that kept in constant touch with me via email and responded my query very quickly . Hope to deal with her again in the future.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION! Zero stars, this company is a scam and me and a few other people are finding ways to figure out a solution. We were robbed of our flights and money because they claimed to be working for Vueling Airline. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY CURRENT FLIGHT OR PERSONAL INFORMATION. Me and a friend had to move a flight due to a medial issue, we originally booked with Booking but was notified to make changes through the airline and I can't even tell you how I got connect with these thieves. RED FLAGS -If you look up the address there is no actual building -Good reviews are made by fake accounts -Instagram page is not legit and all the followers are spam pages -We called so much they disconnect 1out of 4 numbers we have IF ANYONE IS CURRENTLY GOING THROUGH THIS AS WELL PLEASE EMAIL ME.

This company is a scam. I booked a trip through Expedia, we were trying to change our flight home to an earlier one. Somewhere along the lines things must have gotten mixed up and led us to an agent with bookviaus or expresso holiday, whatever their company name is. She led us to believe we were booking through Expedia and going to get a full credit refund to any airline for our original flight we were switching. Talked with her for about an hour. I gave my payment info but asked to have it in writing before processing the payment that we’d have the credit in my Expedia account. She charged my card without consent and then typed up an email for about 10 minutes and sent it over saying we’d get credit through bookviaus. We were completely thrown off and blindsided and they kept saying they were partners with Expedia. I asked to speak with the supervisor whose name was Amber. We had many questions for her and asked for a refund as she said they had charged my card but not booked my flight yet. Lots of things weren't adding up and amber told us she was going to hang up because she had other customers to tend to and then hung up on us. Kept hanging up when we’d call back. Had to cancel my card. Bank asked me to call the number next to the charge on my card. Led me to another man in the company who asked me to text him over my name and travel dates. He then started texting me asking for more info on the flight and how much the payment was, I asked shouldn’t you be able to pull this info up with my name? He blew my phone up. Cursing, telling my not trust people with accents, saying he was going to block me and when I asked questions responding with “I don’t care” Also claimed most workers were in India celebrating a holiday that is why they weren’t replying. All of the reviews say people never get their money back although this company will ensure you that you will. All of the good reviews are fake and easy to tell by reading, little to no details and all foreign names. This company is based in India and lied about everything. Absolute scam. Please don’t let this happen to you or you could be out thousands of dollars too! EDIT: THEY CANCELLED MY FLIGHT THAT I HAD BOOKED THROUGH EXPEDIA, THEY HAD THE CONFIRMATION CODE FROM WHEN THEY WERE PRETENDING THEY WORKED FOR EXPEDIA. THEY USED MY CREDIT FROM MY FLIGHT THEY CANCELLED AND BOOKED OTHER FLIGHTS UNDER MY NAME FOR TONIGHT, THIS IS IDENTITY FRAUD. THEY MADE UP A FAKE EMAIL. Hanna who we were working with saw this review and messaged me pretending she was getting fired and begged me to take the review down. I called the company and she was taking calls scamming more people. These people are good scammers but do NOT fall for it. They are nothing but frauds who are trying to steal your money.

all I can say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. After my flight got canceled due to bad weather the agent told me the only flight he could get me out on was on a Friday but I found one after I spoke to him on Thursday. Then when I called them back to cancel The pre-existing flights, they never actually canceled my flights and I had to call the airlines directly myself to cancel it. if you think you’re saving money by using a third-party agent think again, you’ve been pre-warned and use them at your own risk!
