Our experience with Bookers was super Seamless. We had physical tickets and it was super easy to pick them up. The staff was all super helpful. I would 100% recommend you to use this site to book the tickets. Michelle helped us when we went to pick up the tickets and she was awesome!!

We are not from Brazil and had a bit of difficulty understanding and getting help- but we had wonderful help from one of the workers there named Michelle. She was one of the guides/workers who helped at the front desk and was able to walk us through getting our tickets and answering all our questions on what we purchased and carnival. Amazing people, they are called angels for a reason. First we forgot our wallet and had to go back and forth and they managed to keep our tickets and still help us last minute. Then our tickets got stolen and they helped us again. I'm super grateful, they helped us have an amazing experience! Very good organised and friendly staff!

Promised tickets by Feb 10 and they were slow to deliver and hard to reach. But in person in Rio their team was top notch, replacing my electronic ticket after an issue with my phone. Definitely THE company to use for Carnival parade tickets..Just be patient with them!!

The process was not as bad as it could have been. However, for an event of this magnitude it has to be more organized as it relates to how tickets are received. Downloading Quentro and going through Ticketmaster is just a pain. On a positive note…Bookers did have many information workers who were bi-lingual and very helpful and patient. I worked with Danubia. She saw how frustrated I was and quickly calmed down. She patiently walked me through the process and stayed with me until I received the tickets. She also provided me with information on how to get to my section and told me with train stop to get off on. Now that is the customer service that I love. She is definitely a very valuable member of the team and I definitely appreciate her assistance through the process. My overall experience was positive and I would recommend Bookers to friends and family.
