My sister Suzanne and I had a fabulous time on our maiden river cruise starting in Lyon and down the Rhône river. We were charmed by the Viking tour guides who were incredibly friendly, organized and knowledgeable. We enjoyed their good humor! The Viking staff was remarkable and the meals were excellent. We also enjoyed learning about the French Resistance from a guest speaker. And we marveled at the history of silk scarves. We signed up to do another river cruise starting in early September. Our trip was well planned from the moment we met our travel agent Susan Entringer at Bon Voyage.

My wife and I have used Bon Voyage Travel, in particular Susan Entringer, since 2020 after the height of the Covid pandemic. Although prior to Covid, we had always been rather independent planning our extensive travels. With Covid, it became more difficult to navigate around the world, thus we turned to Susan for assistance. We continue to use Susan to assist us with our more extended travel plans as she has always done a fabulous job. As we get older, travel gets a bit more complicated, and Susan has been quite helpful in navigating us through some of those issues. My wife and I are retired physicians who both have borderline OCD. It is valuable to have a travel agent with similar traits to keep us squared away.
