This was my first time using a travel agent and I was so impressed by Erin! From our initial conversation discussing our wishes for our trip to London and Scotland to supporting us in real-time when we had to rearrange our trip due to severe weather, Erin was knowledgeable, professional, helpful and a creative problem-solver. She prepared an outstanding itinerary for our planned Scotland trip that was perfect for our family's interests with plenty of unique sights, restaurants and areas to explore. She also found us the funnest Afternoon Tea in London - Peter Pan at Aqua Shard - that was terrific for a family outing. When our train to Scotland was cancelled the night before due to severe weather with a named storm, Erin made herself available on a Sunday to help us research other options. When we decided to go to a different area of England to avoid the bad weather, she found us an Airbnb in a great location in Cornwall, sorted out our rental car, cancelled our Scotland itinerary, processed our refunds, and put together a new itinerary for Cornwall for us to use - all in just a couple of hours! She made what was a stressful and disappointing situation into something that ended up being great for our family. The Airbnb was easily one of the nicest we've ever stayed at and our day spent at Tintagel Castle was a highlight of our two-week trip. She has also been checking in with me regularly since returning home to offer support as I submit claims to my travel insurance company. If you are on the fence about using Erin's services, don't be! She is amazing.

We recently used Erin at Bluebird Sky travel to book our trip to Europe. We flew to Switzerland, then took an AMA River cruise up the Rhine river and then spent a few days in Amsterdam. Everything was arranged, from flight, hotels , cruise and activities at the beginning and end of our trip. We had a fantastic time and a lot had to do with how seamless everything was! Erin does an awesome job helping with planning, booking/scheduling as well as follow up during the trip. We had never done a European river cruise but had it as one of our "to do list" items. She guided us to the best cruise line, flights, connections as well the extended two days we had in Amsterdam. She communicated with me during the trip as well as on the way home. Erin helped us with a beautiful trip to Greece for our family, including our little girl, and my in laws. Her attention to detail was incredible, carefully considering all ages that are involved in the trip and what would be appealing to each of them. We went with a multiple island vacation to get a taste of Greece from a tourist perspective while also tapping into some much needed family quiet time at a quieter island. Will absolutely use her services for all future trips, she cut the headache of places to stay, guiding duration of time at each spot and supplied recreational activities to compliment what our family would want to get into. Incredibly organized, thoughtful and detail-oriented! 10/10 highly recommend!!
