First interaction wasnt good at all. When i was connected for the first time, I found the rep kind of rude and not interested in having my business. Was searching for other options and thought to give them a chance again. Was connected to Jenn second time and she was fabulous. provided all the details patiently and earned our business. Two families booked the tour. Fabulous deal and fantastic experience. Will surely recommend trying BJs Travel before checking options outside.

We did the Live Chat option, and Brandi was excellent. We texted back and fourth for probably 90 minutes. I asked dozens of questions, she answered every one thoroughly, and ran numbers with me on different rooms and packages. By the end of it, we ended up booking two balcony rooms with some perks and saved roughly $200 a stateroom over Royal Caribbean direct. If the prices change before the final payment, they will adjust accordingly with a phone call, even if those prices are from RC directly. I feel like we did well going through BJ's with the help of Brandi. We got a BJ's gift card of $50 per room, a night of specialty dining for two per room, and a soda package for two per room as well as the savings on the room. We also already know the room we are in, and they are not obstructed view rooms. Another big part of this was it only required a $24.99 down-payment per room. BJ's picks up the rest of the required $500 down payment for now, and you have months to pay that back to them. We booked for October of 2026, and we have until June to pay the deposit, and July to make the full payment. Their cancelation policy is also better than RC direct, although I can't remember exactly the details, but you can cancel for refunds before a certain date. I definitely would recommend at least looking at what they have to offer before buying direct. The RC app is still what you gobthrough to plan your cruise and find deals on any add-ons, so that was important to me. Thank you Brandi!

I do feel BJ travel has some of the best deals out there but I feel I didn’t get the “discount” they claim you get by calling or resident and military discount. Also even the gift card they promise was the lowest available $25. Next time I will just do everything online and not bothering calling but the agent I talked to was great. AND now the same cruise I’m going on next month is offer a free drink package so I basically didn’t get any deal with my cruise 😞

We had two travel agents that we spoke to. One was very knowledgeable but didn’t return our phone calls. The other was both knowledgeable and helpful, and returned our calls. Her name was Melissa at extension 39140. She helped us book a five night Caribbean cruise for three couples.

Our representative was great! Kathi was very knowledgeable and professional about the whole process and made the experience a smooth one. We book many cruises so will definitely contact her again in the future.
