We have been waiting on washer and dryer.they said Tuesday, then Wednesday, now it's going to be tomorrow. Had to dial the number 17 straight times before they pick up. They don't call like they said they would.

The ABSOLUTE WORST delivery service I have ever experienced and that's saying something bc u know how bad fedex and ups can be. As someone on the receiving end of the shipment...my entire day was turned into a whole unpleasant ordeal due to these incompetent people. I will say the actual delivery driver was courteous and professional but the coordinators of the delivery were TERRIBLE. RUDE. INEPT. I won't go into specifics but after I expressed to them that I was upset over their mess ups they tried to play games with my shipment!!!! It was absolutely insanely unprofessional.

We loaded here today. They were very nice and courteous. We got loaded quickly in about 35 mins and on the road.
