What incredible service. I’m so immensely grateful to our agent Jonathan and the team. We needed to urgently travel from London to Sydney with 2 days notice. He was more than happy to make changes too and answer all of my questions and we had business class flights booked with Cathay Pacific within 2 hours! BEYOND HELPFUL!! I will never book my own flights again after experiencing such wonderful service. We had so many unexpected things happen on this trip to France, but Kevin over at Biirdee made us feel at ease throughout the entire thing. Not only was he patient with us in our bookings, but he constantly sent us options and always tried to find the best possible price and efficient way for getting us to our destination. Especially traveling with a 1 1/2 year old, things can get very chaotic very fast. We never felt stressed or overwhelmed when using Kevin.
