    If I could give a negative rating, I absolutely would. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The representative I spoke with was extremely rude. I called over 15 times after being told someone was on the way to pick me up which didn’t happen for over 45 minutes. To make matters worse, their voicemail still says to meet for pickup at A12, but they now pick up from A35. When I spoke with the lady (who said her name was Amy), she never mentioned that. They also claim that no one is allowed to leave before your pickup time because their last pickup is at 10:10 PM, but my flight landed at 9:30PM, and no one ever came or answered the phone. I was forced to wait and ultimately had to get my car the next day. If you value your time and expect decent customer service, do not park your vehicle here. This was my first and last experience the way they treat customers is unacceptable, and that means more to me than any convenience they offer. After waiting for over 1 hours and 29mins she arrived to tell me that attitude was not acceptable. Another customer ran from A12 to catch the van ar A35 for her to tell both of us we should have look at the business card to see where we need to be pick up from. No service recovery, just keep making excuses. I will be report this yo the Better Business and Way parking app.

    Best Rate/Poor service. There are other offsite airport parking with far better customer service. Amy, (if she provided a phony name similar to her phony smile then to eliminate any confusion she is the ONLY sparse haired mean girl at the counter. Also, Please take "girl" with a grain of salt because she is not that at all.) I purchased this deal 9/14/25 and called right away to make a reservation for arrival 10/18/25. I was told that they did not take reservations so far in advance and to call back in October which is what I did at 9:14 AM on 10/13/25. Amy stated that not taking reservations until 10/16 and had to ask for clarity on whether or not I could make a reservation for 10/18 arrival which she said was okay and asked for my name, number, date and time of arrival and date and time of pickup. On 10/18 I arrived to the counter to check my car in and was met with such lack of professionalism as I was told that I did not have a reservation and that I would not be able to park as I did not have a reservation. Talk about a real life Seinfeld episode! After insisting that I did make the reservation Amy shuffled through her large calendar at the counter and BOOOM! the information she collected from me on the reservation call before her eyes. No apology. Upon return to MCO I called for the shuttle and told Amy that I misplaced my ticket and did not have the number. She asked me why I lost it and that now she would have to walk around to look for my car. The shuttle did pick me up and my key was at the counter. She walked me out and I immediately spotted my car. I did take that private moment to ask Amy if she had a personal issue with me or handled all customers this way. She attempted to touch my hands as she said "you people" but quickly edited her words to "you customers" she proceeded to express her frustrations about lost tickets and I suggested that she suggest to customers at the counter to take a photo of their ticket. She stated that she will not demand anything of customers. I suppose I should be grateful that she even corrected her words as she just so happen to be speaking to a black woman. No! Never again! Do better Best Rate/Poorest customer service.

    Do not park here! Please read all the reviews!! My flight was delayed as soon as I got a bit of signal my phone rang and it was best rate asking if I was picking up my car today I explained my flight was delayed we had just landed. I get there pick up my truck no issues. Or so I thought it was dark and midnight at this point I stopped at the first gas station and notice there was a dent on the driver side of my truck. It goes from the front of the bed of the truck all the way to the tail lights. As of now I've been unable to speak to anyone there! DO NOT PARK HERE! 😭😭😭

    Beware the fine print! When I arrived at the lot I was hit with an additional $3 per day because my 2014 Mazda 5 is considered "oversized". Nothing Best Rate about it! I was told the website clearly states a premium for SUV's. I certainly hadn't seen it, but then again, I used a third party service for the booking. Nowhere in the check-out process was I asked about the make, model or size of my vehicle. So, I ended up with a total rate far in excess of anything I could have found on my own. I won't be using this lot or the Rightway service again.

    This place has zero people skills when I made the reservation originally it said that when I walked in, they will tell me where my parking spot wash so I can just park it and be done with but when I got there, the lady told me she needed my keys and then when I told her can I park on the parking spot so it doesn’t have to be moved. She gave me some attitude and said don’t worry about it at that point I wasn’t gonna miss my flight over our parking spot horrible customer service!!!! They also charge me more than the invoice said they claim his Airport fees
