Anne was our driver from Anacortes. She was so kind and personable. We had a problem with the bus, but she was professional and courteous and worked with the office to get a new bus and change the transfer location to keep us as close to on schedule as possible for our estimated arrival at SEATAC.

Excellent service, Bellingham to Seatac. Comfortable accomodations. Organized and timely. Helpful customer service resolved a booking error I made that could have caused a major difficulty. Highly recommend.

Simple, easy and efficient. What more could you ask for. I got picked up in Stanwood heading to SeaTac. It’s a Chevron and there is no clear pick up location. Bus pulled up across from pumps next to large propane tank. Was nervous but it was super easy and driver was kind and professional.

The shuttle won’t wait for you if the ferry is even 5 min late it leaves without you. So we were forced to get an expensive uber. On the way back there was a “mix up” where the driver didn’t show up with the bus for the scheduled 2:55 shuttle to the ferry terminal. After they tried to blame us for scheduling the earlier one even though we literally had the original booking for 2:55 the shuttle driver showed up over an hour late.. from then they showed no urgency to swap drivers and get us to the ferry in time. Luckily we were able to make it but this service is extremely unreliable and not one person apologized or offered any explanation for making us an hour late.

Got a call 2 minutes before the shuttle was scheduled to arrive saying the shuttle would be “at least an hour late” but “don’t leave the stop in case he makes up time”. An hour went by still no shuttle. To my surprise when I called them back the driver was just leaving the previous stop and still at least 45 minutes away.
