This review is specifically for the shuttle bus and to be exact the airport shuttles. I'm sure the limos are very nice but unless you're balling out are out of most peoples budgets. It costs $15 and you have to wait for them to fill up which could take a while. Luckily I was one of the last to board so I didn't have to wait that long. This bus does double as an impromptu tour bus as you whiz your way through Vegas dropping off other passengers. Unfortunately for me I was the last to get dropped off at the Plaza Hotel downtown and the ride took an hour. If you're looking for a cost effective way to get to your hotel at Harry Reid International and have time to kill then the shuttles at Harry Reid International are a good option.

The one star ratings are well deserved, and I wish I heeded them before booking with them. Here's another one. I arrived at their kiosk at 5:30 for a ride to my hotel on the strip. The guy at the booth asked if I was paying cash, or card. I said "card" and he gave me a piece of paper with a QR code which took me to their website. I had to fill out the online form in front of their booth. They don't make your reservation while you are there for you when paying with a card. I completed the form and clicked "pay". No response. I waited a few seconds, nothing. So, I clicked "pay" again, and again, no response by the website. I tried a third time and finally on the 4th attempt, the site responded and processed my payment, While waiting for my shuttle, I checked my email, and I had 4 receipts, each with a different number. I was charged 4 times for my shuttle ride. The lady at the booth was pleasant, took my information and told me I would be credited for the over charge. They pick up on the hour, but my shuttle didn't leave until 6:30. While waiting for my shuttle to leave, I'm looking out the window at the Bell shuttle in front of us. The driver was putting the luggage in the back when the shuttle started to move by itself. By the time he realized it and ran to try to get in the cab, it apparently hit something. I noticed the bus moving well before he did.... Anyway, I arrived at my hotel at 7:45 PM, 2 hours and 15 minutes after I purchased my fare. I'm lucky that time wasn't of the essence for me, and glad I didn't purchase a round-trip fare. I took a ride share back to the airport and it got me there in 15 minutes. I did receive 3 emails indicating they are refunding me the over payment and am waiting for my bank to credit my account. But I will never take Bell again.

Very disappointing service. Had booked and prepaid online for a round trip from airport to hotel and back through a company that Bell Transportation provides services for. The service at the booth was excellent and if I could give that employee five stars I would because she was very friendly and professional! After waiting thirty minutes for our shuttle, we were told that we might want to get a taxi instead and she would have our fee refunded. She was extremely apologetic even though the lack of shuttles was not her fault. However, we were assured that our return trip was booked. I phoned the number provided to reschedule the shuttle for an hour later, as being collected at 4am for a 7.30am flight seemed a bit early and was told that the shuttles were often thirty minutes late so they would not advise a later pick-up. I woke up on the morning of our flight home to a voicemail advising me that our pick up had been cancelled because they couldn't collect at 4am, as I was advised, as they didn't start until 5am!!! Fortunately there were plenty of taxis outside our hotel! What I thought was an easy option became a very frustrating one. I'd recommend taking a taxi instead as it's the same price.

I've always had good things to say about Bell Trans but last week was not good. First, the guy at the airport, not only did he overcharge me for the roundtrip, but the time he told me for hotel pickup was noon but he put on the ticket 1pm. We didn't catch the error til later that evening, so I called Customer Service, and there you had a very nice lady, Eve, who made the correction and was very friendly about it. Then on the pickup day, the driver that had dropped us off said the pickup place was exactly the same place to wait for the shuttle, there at Caesar's Palace. Noon came, and 15 minutes later no shuttle. I called Customer Service and again, a very nice lady told me the driver would be there in 5 minutes. Well, it did show up but not at the spot we had been told to wait. We could see the shuttle but we had to walk all the way to where the shuttle was (with my disabled wife). The driver said we were given the wrong location to be picked up. We also found out that the company is under new management, which must have a lot to do with the decline in your service.

Booked a round trip for 2 passengers. When we arrived at the airport they couldn’t find our reservation. Then said they only had 1 passenger down. I was assured that it was fixed for our pickup. The day before our departure I called to confirm and make sure it was for 2 people. It was not. I spent 1/2 a day getting it handled. The morning of pick up - no shuttle. Called after waiting 30 minutes and was told that they were there and waited 10 minutes for us and had to leave. Not true! Then I was told if I canceled I would not get a refund because of the timeframe. I just hung up and ended up getting a taxi. Apparently after reading the other reviews this company is only good at leaving people stranded!
