Small airport deserving northern new Brunswick, got some express flight to and From montreal will give you a wide array of destinations with minimal connections. Note that it is a small airport and sometime weather gets some flight canceled but otherwise great alternative to going to Moncton

Last year August 2/2023 I was denied a female security guard due to the fact that I have a pacemaker and unable to go through the metal detector. This was an extremely upsetting traumatic experience for me. I was told unless I get a pat down by a male security I would not be allowed to board . I was also asked to show my physical scar. It wasn’t until security was close to closing that I was informed that my sister could witness the pat down , I was given no choice but to accept this solution. After I went through security the police were called and even though I don’t speak French I had a vague idea what they were talking about. The police said I was refusing to be pat down. I didn’t refuse I requested a female security guard which is within my rights; and there’s a difference. We live in the 2024 and there are many women in the workplace now. Due to this situation I have been traumatized and feel that no justification was done to the security guards who played a “good cop bad cop situation.

You have one flight a day , you waited until the plane was about to arrive before you sent out the snow removal , no doubt the plane turned around. Very disappointing for many of Air Canada's passengers. This airport requires much better operations management

This airport... small, new renovated, so that’s great. The @AirCanada staff has never, ever made any of my check-ins enjoyable. I have flown around the world in many large airports and expect my hometown airport to be welcoming and warm - aren’t NB people supposed to be like that? Never. Of all the times I have flown out of this airport I’ve always left with anger and frustration. Rather than find ways to help, they use their ‘authority’ over you rather than help you. Perfect example of people who make themselves way more important than they are. @AirCanada, have a hard look at this staff and the complaints you get as this reflects directly on your customer service.
