went here on 10/19/25, just trying to have a quick ice cream run with family. only to be disrespected & charged for stuff we did not order. the 2 girls (hispanic girls(one with teal/green hair and a dermal piercing, other one with brown hair and white glasses) who were working were extremely rude and kept laughing at a family member for trying to order when there was a slight language barrier, i asked the girls what was so funny and they just said nothing and kept laughing in our face. crazy how people of your own race will judge and make fun of your own. truly embarrassing and sad how those young girls don’t have any respect or customer service. oh and make sure you check your receipt before leaving. they will charge you or add tips without your consent. if you don’t like where you work don’t work here! honestly disappointed.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. We always enjoy all the different flavors of ice cream they have, and I love that they are always updating them. The fall flavor they have right now is amazing.

Employees are so rude and disrespectful. I simply asked for my ice cream to be changed and the lady nearly threw the ice cream at me. If you hate your job so much just quit.

I haven’t been to this shop in ages. Probably cause I’m always on the go and they’re right next to McDonald’s who has the ice cream cone and that’s usually good enough for me. In the past two weeks, I’ve visited here 3 times. Lol sure I don’t need it personally, but kids plus summer break plus hot weather usually equals a cold treat. These guys have come in clutch all 3 times. The first visit was right after a huge argument I had with my husband. 😂 we both cooled off with baskin Robbins ice cream. So not only do they serve your sweet tooth and summer heat stroke, but they also serve as a marriage counselor. Hahaha I’m kidding. Great products and great service! Only thing Id suggest - don’t get bubble gum. 😂

Do not tip here. Be sure to check your receipts because they can get sneaky if you tell them to tip your card. Dishonest workers will never go back to this location ever again
