I have been getting my income tax done by Mr. Lazaro for many years but last year my experience went downhill. I remember going to the office but I was informed he was not available and to leave my documents for someone to call me back. I had to call them because no one called me. After many attempts to reach him, he finally decided to talk to me and told me my documents were lost. He requested to send him all the documents which I did provide but I ended up completing my income tax by the deadline because he would ignore my calls. I no longer recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of places that can provide an excellent customer service experience. *****Do not allow them to charge any fees directly from your income tax paperwork because ultimately you are paying way more*****
