    THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST AIRLINE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RELATION MY WIFE LOST HER FLIGHT YESTERDAY THEY DIDNT BOTHER TO HELP US BUT TRYING CHARGER US 355$ extra to book again no help. We bought another ticket for next day they charge us 105 for a carry on. My wife has a visa interview's and I ask them to give us a visitor pass and they refuse they have no hearth. This process is so hard and they couldn’t give us more time with her. DONT FLIGHT WITH COMPANY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT FAMILY. I WASTE 227$ we are low income family of 8 shame on you avainca

    Worst customer service. I called to pay for baggage before check in due to lower prices. Online didn't work, and payment links didn't either from the representative. He told me to call back the next day, now the baggage is double the price, and no one is answering the customer service line.

    My personal experience with the airline is good but the costumer service to the passenger is horrible they get mad when you ask for information or any questions and they make faces front the regular personal to the management I'm sorry for this but but all this expenses is always in house colombia service to the costumer service company have rules but no costumer no people no money thank you for your attention and support team thank you sincerely a costumer that uses this company and this is why I bring it to you have a bless day or evening .

    Great customer service, best flight schedules, kind customer service at airport and during the flight. They offered me an upgrade to premium class and it was great. BRAND NEW AIRPLANES!! I really enjoyed AVIANCA 🤗
