Karla C Arce is the best stewardess I have ever encountered! So helpful at check in. I know it must be tough with long lines and stressful situations that arise in this line of work but her kindness, attention to detail and patience were outstanding. She didn’t have to help us, or be patient. She would’ve been well within her right to not go the extra mile but she chose to and made the trip so much better. It’s this kind of service that is missing at most companies now a days. Karla deserves a raise and a promotion! We need more ppl like her in a position to make decisions!

The supervisor that was working saturday Aug 16th at 4:40pm in terminal D (IAH) she was super disrespectful,literally asked for help her response was “i am not your mom” ridiculous,never flying with Avianca again,she made me lose my flight by not looking up information.

They will charge you an extra fee of $100 if you’re 1 hour early, they give up your seat so fast! What’s the point if buying a seat ??? Second time this happens!

It was the worst experience with airline Company. Without the prior notice nor confirmation, flight was changed and the change made one more stop at other city and caused delay of arrival at destination.

The WORST customer service, less level than flying Spirit. You truly get what you pay for (Greyhound will treat you better) . The employees lie or misdirect. I will NEVER fly again. The agents in SAN make money for every bag that don’t fit by 2 centimeters.
