Super easy airport! Only a few gates, and they only have Delta and American flying out and into there so no issue with long lines or traffic. Beautiful interior, the rocking chairs around the Christmas Tree in-front of the huge gate windows is really a treat when you’re waiting to leave. Landing here was also seamless. Baggage arrived on correct carousel promptly and without issue. Staff was polite and building was clean. Bathrooms were clean. Definitely will return as it’s closer to my family than stopping in ATL.

From a charter pilot’s perspective, the General Aviation and Private Charter side of Augusta Regional (KAGS) is easily navigated and equipped with all the amenities that make day-to-day operations smooth and comfortable. Despite the ongoing government shutdown, tower and ground support were extremely accommodating and professional — a stark contrast to some of our colleagues in federal towers who continue working without pay under tremendous stress. The FBO offers a well-appointed crew area with several recliners, a quiet room, private restroom with shower facilities, a hospitality/meeting room, and a flight planning area with computers and a printer. There’s also a snack room with coffee and vending, plus a crew car available. Passengers are greeted in a beautiful waiting area featuring a gas fireplace and all the comforts they should expect. Fuel pricing was reasonable for the market, even with full-service only. The facility fee for a single-engine piston was a very fair $20.00. Given today’s weather conditions — 300’ ceiling and 1.5 SM visibility in haze/mist at nearby Daniel Field (KDNL) — KAGS was unquestionably the better operational choice. Overall: KAGS/Augusta Regional earns high marks for service, accessibility, and pilot support. I’d gladly return here on future trips.

Smallest Airport in Georgia, easy to navigate as it’s small airport and rental is right in premises is big plus, TSA pre no line as well, but some limitations of this airport are like need to take major hub to get your connections, some area where you can eat inside airport as far as food concerns, also 30 min free parking is very convenient for locals if they come to pick up relatives and families. Absolutely friendly staff throughout the Airport.

This is the most smallest airport I’ve ever seen in my LIFE. It was super easy to navigate through. One of the staff at tsa was a little rude which is expected when you’re at the airport I guess but other than that all the staff there were super nice and understanding. It’s crazy how they only have 6 gates but other wise overall a good experience at this airport

A small and cozy airport — We stopped here briefly for plane refueling on our way to Savannah. Unfortunately, flights seem to get cancelled easily without much explanation. It’s unlikely I’ll return to this airport. There are very limited services: no hotel, car rental, or reliable transportation options available. That said, I did manage to grab a few souvenirs during the wait. Special thanks to Danielle, who greeted passengers with a warm smile her professionalism stood out.
