This was our first time at Auburn University Airport. We were there to see my son, Andrew, take his first solo flight, and we could not be happier about our experience. His flight instructor was extremely kind, and answered any, and all of our questions. Through our conversations that evening , you could tell he really enjoys his job, and it was so evident that he cares for his students, and he's very happy to see them succeed. Everyone working at the airport was extremely helpful and kind, and we so appreciated them. The evening was wonderful, and very memorable, and we want to thank Andrew's flight instructor, and everyone else that was involved in my son's success, and needless to say, we are extremely proud of Andrew's huge accomplishment!

Had a nice and short little stop in Auburn, was greeted very nicely on the runway and inside too!

I visit my daughter in Auburn and love to use AUO. The young ladies and gentlemen that work here have always been enthusiastic and seem genuinely interested in aviation. Great fuel prices for the region especially full service. I have read complaints about the student pilots, but seriously? These students are learning just like all of us had to. If you get here on a beautiful day, there will be traffic. I'm glad to see the activity and it sharpens the situational awareness using an active non-towered airport. Just be patient, stay sharp, and help everyone improve.
