I ask to speak with a manager because I needed an information and she said that she don’t speak with customers. Is this right ? Manager of Asiana jfk don’t care about customers Always is good to hear a customer

They take FOREVER to load you up. Very slow to process paperwork. Be ready to spend minimum of 3 4hrs there 😩

Hard for sleeper berth trucks to get backed in.Small trucks with rude drivers cut in front of line alot & alot.Even a sleeperberth truck driver cut off those waiting frist.Disorganixed facility. With no strong leadership to assign docks to drivers and keep system operating smoothly.

The location of the office that Maps provides is wrong. It is not the entrance with the PROLOGIS sign of Cargo building 77. It is location on a side entrance where all the cargo trucks are docked before the main building entrance. The operation is hectic and not suited for non-trucking/cargo customers. There’s no electronic process nor any paper forms and the main clerk, as many have suggested, can be difficult to deal with your ticket. Even with all the paperwork prepared ahead of time, be ready for delays, back-and-forths and staying and waiting longer than expected. We were waiting for a pet dog and were delayed by an additional 3 hours. There’s no way to determine how well the conditions are for pets but it’s probably not a palace. It also makes no sense for Asiana or the contracting company to not hire client-facing employees who can speak at least fluent English, Korean and Chinese. There’s no support for Korean/Chinese customers.
