Bad Service, Always Waiting in lines and spending 2-3 hours each person, they don’t have enough employees for forklift drivers

Horrible service waited 2 hours for 2 pieces of freight that only weigh 130 lbs plus another hour for a dock ! If it was up to me I wouldn't send my freight through those airlines .
