Worst customer service of any airline. Needed to escort my mother in law, who does not speak English, to her gate. TSA requires a gate pass to get through security. Gate passes are standard, and all airlines print them, with the exception of Asiana. The TSA agent was as helpful as she could be, but her hands were tied without the gate pass. I went back to the Asiana booth and they continued to refuse me a gate pass. I asked if anyone could escort her to her gate. They refused this as well, since she is not physically handicapped or over 70. So now mother in law is wandering around this confusing airport. I guess we will figure out if she makes it to her gate or not in an hour or two. Appallingly bad customer service; incompetent and rude to boot. Find an airline that at least pretends to care.

Business class seats are awful. No comforter in long flights and food rushed. Service is good, food is good but seriously give people a good value for business class. Improve or be destined to lose business to competitors

Not family friendly especially if the ticket you book is "promo"! One of the customer service agent named Sucy Lee was very rude and not helpful at all! Now i regret why i chose this airline for our vacation and to think it hadn't started yet! Would not recommend this airline if your family of 4 with kid and infant they won't let you seat all together for oxygen mask reason!🤬🤬🤬We flew twice already internationally but never heard of this matter and seen alot times of family of 4 seating together infront with no problems at all! Book Korean Airline their the best!! From seat selection, kids meal, stpc and in flight food are the best!! Never again Asiana Airline!!!😡😡😡

First and last time I will use this second rate airline. I’m traveling to Vietnam from Seattle, and as I approached the counter they told me that I wouldn’t be arriving at my final destination until a day later than planned two months ago. There’s a lot of thought and planning involved with international travel. These guys single handedly ruined my plans, which means the trip is a waste of time and money. China Airlines is a much better company
