    I have a mistake last name on ticket. I called and wait one hour in the line of call waiting. Operator told me to send the email with my passport photo, then I got a new e ticket in 4 hours. Don’t come to airport or office because they can’t do that, just call. The economy flight seat is good , not too small, offer free dental care, slippers. Food is good. Just only patient when contacted customer service.

    Love them! The flight attendants are courteous, attentive and friendly. The seats are a bit larger than most, comfortable enough and come with a pillow and blanket. New movies, music and tv shows as well. The food is pretty good. Had four different meals during my flight and ate everything. Much better than any of the American airline companies, these other countries actually try to make your flight enjoyable unlike Southwest, American, Delta, Spirit...etc.

    Best airline we have ever traveled! we had an extremely long flight 27 hours there and 27 back. everything was made easy for us. the service was impeccable both at check in and on the plane. We felt looked after from the beginning until landing. impeccable service and the food was delicious! among the choices there was typical Korean dish and it was delicious, we had fun creating rolls with absolutely pleasant and delicious flavors. there were also instructions. absolutely one of my favorite companies

    This airline sucks and they made me really appreciate customer service in the United States. They delayed our flight from Incheon in Korea to Los Angeles by 4 hours, which resulted in us missing our connecting flight. This caused us to have to spend $800 more and waste nearly an extra day traveling with a newly pregnant and sick wife. Of course, the customer service people "understand," and they are "sorry you are inconvenienced," but they don't do anything or take responsibility for their incompetence. They just refer you to their email, which I resisted falling for because obviously they don't respond to emails. Three nice emails and no response over the past month. Luckily, they understand how you're feeling though, and they feel very sorry. They said that about 100 times. This really made me appreciate customer service in the U.S. where companies generally take responsibility for their mistakes and usually at least do something to make it right. This company sucks.

    Wanted to express my appreciation to the staff at Asiana, esp at LAX. 1) March 2025 my elderly parents flew LAX-ICN-SGN round trip in business class. The biz class tix pricing was very reasonable compared to the airline alternatives. The hard & soft product was great and being able to use the LAX biz lounge was very helpful. 2) I had flown economy and when I returned SGN-ICN-LAX I mistakenly forgot to pickup my check-in bag at LAX (I usually do one-bag carry-on and just absent-mindedly went past the baggage carousels). LAX Asiana staff e-mailed me with instructions on picking up my forgotten check-in bag. So the following day I returned to LAX/Asiana and was able to quickly pickup my bag. 3) Thanks, Asiana.

    Excited to try their A380 from ICN to LAX. Seated on the top deck, ride was so smooth that I was out before it took off 🤣 didn't even realize we were at cruising altitude, or maybe I was just really tired. The lavatory up at front was huge 3-4x the size of a regular one! There were stairs going down, for some reason they were blocked off. There were also 4 seats in that lounge area that nobody hung out. Onboard food was alright, the tomato focaccia was lovely combined with tomato/pepper soup. The seat was configured quite awkwardly with so much space wasted by the window. I was also seated higher than others and there was little privacy. The crew kept the cabin quite warm that I woke up so many times sweating and changed into shorts to be able to sleep comfortably. Really surprised that headphones didn't have noise cancellation!
