They were extremely helpful with the Visa process I received mine with in a week. I also did the fast track pass through immigration. I was met at the Da Nang airport by a person who quickly took me through the immigration process about 10 minutes total verse 3 hours. He then helped me with the SIM card process making sure all apps worked so that transportation would not be an issue. I highly recommend the fast track pass best $40 dollars I’ve ever spent. Great service! Very helpful and attentive! My trip flight to Vietnam got delayed multiple times due to severe weather, but their quick service and response eased my anxiety while I was in the airport line to get assistance from the airport agent.
