Called a while ago asking for rates etc and spoke to a lady named cate. Very rude, treated me like I didn’t know what I was speaking about, and was clearly on her cellphone/ laptop in the background as she payed no attention to the concerns I was making to her.

***Very Sporadic Unjustifiable & RIDICULOUS FEES*** I flew in for the Alabama Vs. Auburn football game in a Very Light Jet and parked in overflow parking on the terminal side. I have been a very loyal customer of Hawthorne (12+ years). For every football game I have attended, they have charged us a $50 game fee which I was happy to pay, however today I happened to look at my bill & they charged $400 for the "game fee". Lesson learned, use Bama Dixie as they have a $0 "game fee" and will come to the terminal side to fuel you. I talked with the manager Josh (showed him prior Hawthrone receipts) & he refused to honor the $50 "game fee" & said it should have been $250 dollars. So question Josh, where is my refund from the $400 I paid to $250 of what you just said? He REFUSED the entire deal together and said $400 is just the price of this game, Sorry. Happy to take my business & Hawker 4000 + 2,000 Gallons of fuel to Bama Dixie. I hope this $400 fee was worth it for you.... Cheers!

Absolutely RIDICULOUS fees. I paid almost $300 for two nights in my little Mooney just because I decided to stop in while there was a football game going on. And to top it off, I got ANOTHER bill in the mail from TCL for MORE fees several days afterwards. I will NEVER visit TCL ever again

Diverted to Tuscaloosa because of an alternator failure on a flight from Illinois to Florida. By the time I got into the FBO, Ms Michelle Beard was on the phone with their chief mechanic, Randy Gaut. Randy met me at the airplane, immediately found the problem (broken field wire) and had us on our way as soon as the fuel truck pulled away. DIDN’T CHARGE ME A NICKLE. The line guys were awesome too.
