The rooms in Aziziya were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. Makkah hotel was right opposite the Haram saving us a lot of time and energy. Imtiyaz was incredibly knowledgeable and approachable,always available just a call away. The logistics were seamless, from transportation to meals. Even during peak times, the group moved efficiently, minimizing wait times and ensuring everyone’s comfort.No other tour arranges transportation during the 5 days of Hajj, Arabian catered to every need by providing buses to Haram and Jamarat. Arabian team went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt included and cared for, which was especially comforting for first-time pilgrims. Good service at all departments like tickets, visa, hotels, food, specialy in umrah and hajj.

Every time they don't reply on time, if i asked some details they will send me whenever they are free.
