These guys are terrific, they do try to help. My wife and kids were traveling and due to circumstances were not able to make it to their flight. Wael worked with me and was really nice. He canceled the tickets and purchased new ones. I had to pay a fee of course for the no-show penalty, but he minimized what I had to pay.

Just like any other REAL review given, literally the worst agency with the rudest workers, we purchased a ticket for my dad and it got canceled and we didn't get a call or notice and so we have to PURCHASE another ticket, that's another 800-1000 dollars, and the agents started laughing when we felt some type of way. So disrespectful and unorganized and plane unprofessional. Definitely the WORST travel agency on the face of the earth. I wish I could put 0 starts Bc they don't even deserve 1 star

Thats not the first time we book a flight from apollo the worst agency rudes people. I booked aflight and now im supposed to be going home to TX and on the Tickets said that my flight from Chicago to TX is at 9:50 but when I arrived they said it was at 1:45 and switched the gates twice and now my flight is at 3pm this is unacceptable last time booking from here

Been contacting them for 2 months to ship a container and they kept brushing me off, and finally they said there is nothing available until September.
