    AmTrav is a professional, helpful, LIFE SAVOR. My company has used them to book our business travel for YEARS. I love the 24/7 availability when our providers are dealing with weather issues, or even for last minute- middle of the night bookings. The great staff is always so helpful and friendly. My company deals with a lot of travel changes due to scheduling and the type of business we do (locums staffing) and it is so nice to get assistance from AmTrav when needing the best and cheapest option for our providers/clients. One of the tools I like using for a quick booking is the AmTrav website. It is user friendly and easy to work with. Even for personal travel I get on there to see the best rates. I love the flights feature where I can see ALL airlines' options at once! It's just TOO EASY! I also LOVE our account manager Fran Bal! She is so tentative and will not stop until our needs are met! Lauren Daley is also extremely helpful troubleshooting and assisting with any urgent questions. Overall we are very pleased with AmTrav and would recommend them to anyone!

    I hate that my company uses this service for travel. It is so inconvenient for me as a traveler and seems to always have problems. I don’t think I’ve been able to check into a hotel without some sort of issue with payment because either they haven’t sent over the credit card authorization or the virtual credit card that’s been set up doesn’t work. This last time because the virtual credit card wasn’t set up my reservation had been canceled and there weren’t any rooms at the hotel. When I called they couldn’t book me a new one for that night because I arrived after midnight and their system only allows them to book a reservation starting the day if but that afternoon so I had to work with the hotel to get it changed and then the payment method they gave the hotel was declined. I used to be able to adjust my flights if I needed to through the airlines app or customer service which because of my status worked really well for me. Now however they are doing things I have to call them to adjust my travel which takes longer and does not give me the quick customer service my status with the airline gets me. I am begging my company to just let me book my own travel and expense it. It would save me so much time.

    AmTrav has been a fantastic addition to our corporate travel program. The booking tool is incredibly user friendly, even for the busiest of travelers. They especially love the chat feature. Little to no hold times on the phone. Very knowledgeable agents that always help our business travelers with their bookings and/or changes as quickly and efficiently as possible. Technology, customer service, ease of use, out of the box thinking are some of the qualities we've found that make AmTrav the best TMC for our corporate travel program.

    Jenny Bychowsky is an exceptional agent to work with and goes above and beyond. A few weeks ago I called to adjust a flight booked but needed to adjust the departure date by one day. The agent who answered provided lackluster service at best. I took into consideration that it was a Saturday and could be cause for the level of service. The following Wednesday I received an email that the flight change hadn’t been approved and the price had jumped. Upon receiving my response Jenny was immediately involved in getting this resolved quickly. She engaged with American to negotiate the cost of the flight and sent continued updates throughout the process to myself and my boss all the way through completion. I have worked with her on coordinating flight during another occasion as well. I have to say that each time I have connected with Jenny she has provided a level of service that exceeds my expectations. She is always helpful, and provides me the information I need (in some cases educating me). I truly appreciate working with her. If she could be copy and pasted that would be great. 😉 Jenny’s approach to customer care is outstanding. I felt it important that I notify someone of how much I appreciate the interactions I’ve had with her. Happy Holidays!

    I've been using AmTrav for over 7 years now. I began using them through my company, but liked them so much that I do all my personal travel through them as well. They have been fantastic to work with. When I have been stuck - on a few occasions - they have been a God send to get me moving quickly. I 'sware' by them when traveling! :-) Recently I was in Washington and finished a day early. I called AmTrav to request assistance to book me on an earlier flight, and they successfully moved me, with no hassle. The other meeting attendees were not so lucky. While it may seem like a little thing, It was HUGE for me to get home a day early, without the hassle. Thanks AmTrav!
