Their co-ordination with local staff is really awesome. We did a private taxi for our trip and got amazed by the communication and punctuality of timings. We were also able to get different and good dinner options for our trip. Overall the execution was seamless. We will definitely use services of American Travel and Tours for our next trip.

I had unpleasant experience with Arshad , He sold me international ticket without baggage allowance . He does not know basics, not trust worthy with tickets. . I realized any one can do better individually then him so started to buy may own tickets which I used to get from them before.

Our Lufthansa flight from ATL to BOM was canceled recently, and we called the office of American travel for input and assistance. Staff worked longer hours and re-booked air tickets with confirmed seats. We were greatly appreciated. Kudos to the team members at American Travel.
