Planes are ancient and full of obvious and poor repairs. Counters are not manned despite signs saying they should be. Pilots are terrible and I've never been more scared on a flight (even though it was a beautiful and calm winded day). In particular the landing was so hard I thought it had crashed. I fly often for my work and I will never fly American Eagle or American Airlines (because of their partnership with American Eagle) ever again. The airport I flew into was so small (2 gates and 3 flights a day) that American Eagle is the only airline that services the airport. I will fly into Dallas and drive the three hours to San Angelo rather than flying with them again.

Flew out of there yesterday. The wrong passenger's name was put on my baggage! Bag wasn't loaded on to my connecting flight! Couldn't go to work today, because I have to wait for a call from American to get me my bag!

Horrible just horrible, cancelled our flight due to weather and then tried to leave us in the airport with no hotel voucher or transportation 😡
