Airport staff was incredibly rude and was very aggressive towards bag treatment.

I have NOT learned my lesson! AA is still the worst company out there always delaying and cancelling flights at last moment’s notice. Today my flight was cancelled because the GD pilot did not show up. They could not find him? They could not contact him? What kind of company functions at this bare minimum embarrassing standard. When asked to compensate me for making me wake up at 3:45 AM to comfortably catch a 6 AM flight; the AA employees just laughed in my face and said too bad they can’t help me… NEVER AGAIN!!!

Don’t buy American Airlines. My daughter has been there since 4 waiting for a flight to leave , it has been postponed 8 times since 4pm a no one at the desk to speak with. It is now 7:15 and they are saying 8:15pm. I was speaking to a friend and she said the same thing happened to her son this past week. Deplorable.

we had a great experience traveling with American, in January my Parents , husband and myself traveled with American to Puerto Rico, My father walks with a cane, at the gate an employee approached us, asked if my Dad would like some help or extra time to get on and get seated. not a big deal to some but was very thoughtful to us, and this person also arranged for him to have assistance when we changed planes, all the staff we encountered were polite, helpful and courteous. this has never happened with other airlines, and we travel a few times a year. American went above and beyond from RI Greene Airport thru change at New Jersey , thank you , we will fly American again because your employees were outstanding.

Horrible! Wife pregnant flying with a toddler. Would not give her husband a guest pass to help with the baby and to see them off. Customer service agent and the supervisor were rude and ignorant about the situation. That is unexceptionable for a company like that. This was in Providence RI.
