Empty seats on an earlier flight and they still refused to help change my ticket. I didn't have "privilege" whatever that means. I talked to 4 different people and got 4 different answers. Nice work American Airlines

You guys are incredible!! Tell to the passengers that the flight is delay 2 hours, send the alerts, and then call the people that are still in the room to coming on board, because the flight is oversell. Really ? Is incredible why any authority is aware about these dirty tricks from the airlines. My flight supposed to be at 1:45, at 1 pm the communicated the delay from 1:45 to 3, we came on board 1:50, and the message still showing delay until 3. Now we are on board at 2:15, the people who left the room, they are going to lost the flight for this un purpose misunderstanding Thatโs was awful American Airlines !!

2nd flight with AA 2nd bag broke horrible! So I have to figure out what to do with my luggage until you can send it off? No extra bags? Maybe because yall keep breaking customers' stuff!??
