At the baggage claim, the girl was RUDE. Did not offer any help. When I asked for help for my missing luggage, you can tell it was an inconvenience. Found another person.who said go to the American Airline office and pointed it out. It was the same female in the office. I said I was sent to her for help locating my bag. She said, well you are just.going to have to wait. She took about 4 luggage items off a cart, moving like a sloth working at the DMV office. Several people lined up behind me.asking why I wasn't being helped. Finally she asked me my info. Apparently it was more important to take items off a cart no one was waiting for instead of helping live people standing right infront of her. So...my luggage ended up on another flight, which I needed for a law enforcement class early in the morning. She said it will not get delivered until maybe tomorrow. So I would have to come back 2 hours later at 8pm. Worst customer service ever!

Worst experience ever suck in little rock after an hour delay and then they closed the flight because they bumped for stand by passengers. I need a full refund. This sucks big time.

I wIll never fly American Airlines again. Let me tell you what happened. I had my ticket(s) from Little Rock to Tampa. The first flight was from Little Rock to Charlotte, NC. My ticket said gate 3, and the prompter at the gate confirmed my ticket information. Well time goes by and boarding still isn't happening (I'm not the only one there). The prompter now says delayed. Again no biggie, this has happened before. Come to find out that they switched gates without informing anyone. I was at the orginal gate the whole time, watching the prompter and no information changed. When I went to the new gate, I was informed I missed my flight. Most other airlines will put you on the next flight, but not American Airlines. When I asked if I could be put on the next flight, the gate rep told me "No," and "I'm not a babysitter" when I asked why there was no notification at gate 3. Well needless to say we had a nice exchange of words after that. So if you plan on flying, choose another airline. I've missed flights with Delta Air Lines and they always showed empathy and were able to get on the next flight.

If I could give zeor stars i would. Since moving to Arkansas I have had to fly american to the places I want to and we'll not 1 time have I ever not had a problem. Flights always delayed making us miss pur connecting flights almost everytime. This time we had to completely reschedule and loose a day of the vacation because of that exact thing. Now they lost pur luggage and I can not say enough horrible things about this airline And again american does it. Changed the flights without telling us. The agents on the phone have no idea what's going on amerocan air suckssssssss hate filing a co.plaint with bbb

Flew out of LR airport on AA and they lost my bags. Then they hang up the phone on you everytime you try and call. I finally get through and ask to speak to manager and they put me on hold for 38 minutes until I just gave up. They lie and say it was sent but the AA employees at Chicago said, they were lying because as we were talking to them, they noticed our lost bag was just scanned in at Little Rock, several hours after they lied to us. Have not had any luggage for 2 days. They are trash and the ladies that work the AA counter at LR Airport are all rude as hell. I know for a fact they held my bag on purpose, just to play games.
