If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at the American Airlines cargo facility at LGA was absolutely unacceptable. We arrived more than 3 hours before our flight to ship our dog, yet the staff did their best to make sure we missed it. The wait time was excessive, and our presence was even denied despite their own system showing we had been waiting over an hour. The employees were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful—often looking us in the eye and then ignoring our questions. They barely answered anything, didn’t know how to operate their own system, and it even took 10 minutes just to figure out that the printer was out of paper. The processing was so painfully slow that we nearly missed our flight despite arriving early. The staff showed no professionalism, no responsibility, and no concern for customers or animals in their care. Absolutely terrible service and a stressful experience I would never want to repeat.

Terrible customer service, they take forever to serve the people. Many people waiting and none helps very disappointed will change to a different company. Plus they loss many times my boxes

No one helps you with the information on the computer, there is a 525 code that you have to put in first before you put the order number, which is very confusing. I find it very stupid that we have do all of that just so the person on the other side of the glass could have done it
