Stranded in WY thanks to AA. Plane didn't show up for our flight so we were delayed, and then delayed again due to "weather" and not compensated whatsoever. Had to spend $800+ on additional transportation, lodging and pet sitting. Incompetent and rude staff topped off the experience. Never flying with this trash again!
